SYNQY Named a Finalist in CART Retail Innovation Pitch Event

Just this week, the Center for Advancing Retail & Technology (CART) named SYNQY (pronounced “sync-ee”), a Finalist in the 2017 CART Virtual Pitch Event and one of the 4 most innovative companies right now. Judges representing over 18,000 stores in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail identified SYNQY as a promising retail innovator, beating out several hundred applicants to become a finalist along with Fract (this year’s winner), Telesense and IAM Robotics.

In the words of Sterling Hawkins of CART’s Virtual Pitch Event, “As a brick-and-mortar store, being profitable online can be difficult. [SYNQY] opens up a new way to monetize your site and increase sales by bringing both branded and SmartLabel content to your online store. The team has years of experience in advertising, integration is a cinch, and customers love it.”

With the SYNQY Brand Engagement Platform, retailers can optimize shoppers’ experiences with results that increase sales, as well as allows a revenue share with retailers. It’s an open retail-merchandising platform that easily pipes interactive content directly from manufacturers onto ecommerce sites. Using a network of intelligent brand touch points called SYNQYs the solution places fully interactive, product promotional content onto coupon, loyalty, product listing and product detail pages – without the need for deep server-side integration or manual content handling.

It’s a win-win-win. With SYNQY in place, consumers get a great online experience; retailers benefit when shoppers buy more; and retail and brand marketers win with increased revenue share. We’re pleased to be a Finalist in the 2017 CART Retail Innovation Pitch Event, which validates our unique value proposition and gives us some nice exposure in the FMCG industry and among investors.
